Have you ever tried to sue someone for telling the truth. Unless it could be proven that in telling the truth he somehow placed the American people at risk or something along those lines, he really wouldn't have much of a case.

LOL.....you people that believe in that farce are so funny. He didn't sue Michael Moore because, Michael is a nothing, a nobody and in 3-4 yrs no one will even remember his name except that he was a lying pig to scammed a bunch of people. Michael is getting sued, but he's way too far beneath the dignity of this President to even acknowledge.

Michael Moore made a film, not a documentary. I do not believe the official story about 9/11, but I do not agree with the way Michael Moore tried to deliver it. He is a liar. At least balance yourself with "Fahrenhype 9/11" and keep searching for the truth.

Because to be in politics you have to be able to put up with people telling lies about you. President Bush is a man, he can take it. In the early days of our country they would have settled it on the dueling ground. People were A LOT more polite back then.

I don't think he had too as he realized that everyone with a brain knows that Michael Moore is full of crap and can't be taken seriously.

Freedom of speech. A public figure will always be portrayed in many different ways but because he is "public property" there is not much to be done about it. There was also a lot of truth involved.

Because, even if Bush won $100,000,000 the real winner would have been Moore.

Presidents are the most slandered people in the country. They generally don't sue anyone.

Hard to defend his record in a court of law so he took it to the court of SPUN public opinion on FOX faux news.
