Hmmm good one.
I'd have to go with Michael Myers from the Halloween series. He kept his mouth shut did the job and on that rare occasion stepped back to admire what he just did.

My favourite bad girl is Asami from the film Audition (or Odishon, in Japanese). You just never see it coming.
