where can I find the motherboard connections for a T2825 emachine, for got which way the connectors go on?

they are not all molded to connect one way, This board has open pins with no molex connector, I have built pc's b4, this ones an oddball, trying to repair for a friend. I need the emachine manual !!!!

everything that connects to a motherboard will only fit one way.
same with connecting the wires to hard drives and cd drives
