What do you mean sideways? If it's just a rotation issue, hold ctrl and alt and press the up arrow. Works like that on my computer.

I dont think thats possible.
Do you mean your start menu task bar moved to the side? Just drag it back to the bottom if you want the taskbar on the bottom of the screen. Just click on the empty part of the taskbar, then drag it back down.
Or Try this:
Right click the Desktop, select Properties>Settings>Advanced. See if there is a setting in there to rotate the screen back to normal. It should be under the ROTATE tab.

right click on desktop > display properties > settings
> screen area
like 1024 x 768 pixels OR 800 x 600 pixels
meaning say, X x Y pixels

If you have buttons on the front of your screen (at the bottom), one of them will get you into a menu. Find the example of your screen and follow directions to change it.

If you mean physically turned ot to the side then just turn it back. If you mean soemthing else, make her come and fix or she is grounded.

It is probably your actual monitor.
There should be buttons on your monitor that can change the display. Mess with them, you should be able to change it like that.
