Personally, I don't think they will, but in the N.L. West everyone has a chance. For them to have a chance, Barry Bonds needs to come close to his old form and Shea Hillenbrand needs to give them solid numbers

Yes, they are one of the most consistent teams in the majors and they have a favorable schedule coming up that could get them a lead in not only the Wild Card, but also the NL West. Plus they picked up the bat they needed in Hillenbrand. The major concern about them making the playoffs is their bullpen. They need to have a more effective bullpen in order to make the playoffs. But I believe their pitchers will start pitching well as the season goes on. And when all is said and done the Giants will be playing in late October.

i grew to become into there at present and whilst they are enjoying at residing house they look close to unbeatable. 6-a million residing house stand and taking 3 of four from the Philies using their 4 and 5 pitchers, Lincecum, and then Zito, who has been exceptionally shaky. yet although, the Rockies look pink warm and the Dodgers are doing exceptionally lots additionally. this might finally end up like whilst the GSW who went 40 8-34 and did not make the playoffs a pair of years in the past, yet I easily desire they make it.

Nope. Because the Padres will win the NL West. And the Giants are NOT good enough to win the wild card. Go Padres!

Yes, they will, all they have to do is get rid of their Fresno AAA team and move this team then they would have an outside shot there.
Or just have Barry open up his medicine cabinet and share his goodies with the rest of the team.

no, the padres will win the west. don't count on them winning the wild card, either. the atlanta braves are making a strong run at that. but if the braves win the east, san franscisco might make it
