No. Iran have nukes is a very scary thought, I would accept a nucleur norht korea way before a Nucleaur Iran. Iran is a run by a facist leader who is an islamic fanatic. He will dominate the middle east if not stopped now.

Yes. They have the RIGHT under the NPT to pursue nuclear technology for peaceful purposes. Does that mean the rest of the world has to like it? Not at all. We can use diplomacy to try to convince them to stop their research and enrichment. But we have no right to try to sanction them for doing something they have every right to do. If they really wanted to build nuclear bombs, they would only need to withdraw from the NPT (like North Korea did) and build one.
Personally, I find NK to be of much more concern right now than Iran. NK has withdrawn from the NPT, declared themselves a nuclear state, developed long-range delivery platforms, and tested them. Not to mention they still consider themselves to be at war with South Korea and the US. Who knows what Kim Jong Il has planned? And are we really doing anything to stop him?

Why in gods name would they want nuclear weapons except to hold the rest of the world hostage like they did the embassy employees back in the day. I say if they are that close to developing a weapon they should be disuaded in the strongest possible way(can you say mushroom cloud)

I hope not. I hope that they have made a critical error in their engineering, and when all their high officials tour the processing plant there is a melt-down the gives them all a fatal dose of radiation poisining. May the be Allah's will.

No, I think that if they get nuclear weapons they will either use tehm or commit atrocious acts and then say we ahve nukes so nobody will retalitate agains tehm.
