Try Value Village. They're only 7 bucks there. BUT you should ask if they include a jumper pack, controller, and power supply.

OR

If you've got a computer that has at least a 2.6GHz chip and a gamepad of any kind (I use a PS2 controller adapter and a PS2 controller), you can try PJ64 as an emulator. For the games, you'll have to search the web for them. To make it legal, you must buy the cartridges, or else you can get caught and pay $100 Million dollars (It's a $250000 fine for each cartridge if the penalty is the same as a video)

You should really try looking in your local classifieds or try Ebay, I'm sure they have them cheap, alot of times when something is 'free' something is wrong with it, that's just from my own experience though..
