We do? In my experience, it's always the woman who complains about how hot it is and turns up the AC, then complains that it's getting too cold so she turns it down and starts over again.

Women wear almost no clothing most of the time, while men cover more with clothing. And, I disagree with the complaining. Women complain about 10 times more than men, from my experience.

Men have more blood to circulate, hese "run hotter". Women usually complain,"the house/office/school is COLD...who turned down the heat?"
Men often work outside where middleaged guys sweat profusely especially in a sauna-like region like "the South".

Very attractive women are usually shallow because they want a match. It's all in selective breeding. They want someone to be just as equally attractive the majority of the time. Now as for a guy who is not that attractive, of course he's going to aim high because he knows he's not that cute (only acts like it) and he doesn't want unattractive kids. This is subconscious stuff.

I am only stating opinion. If factual information could back this up it would be great. For one, men typically have thicker skin than most women, and their muscle mass is typically more dense. I believe the muscle would release more energy and the thicker layer of skin would make it harder to dissipate. Testosterone is the only other option. Either estrogen has a cooling affect, or testosterone heats you up. (Basically the only difference between men and women...)

Because women are cold-blooded, lol. I have never for the life of me understood why women are always freezing to death when one body part (their vagina) stays warm nearly all the time. Maybe they need to eat more. Maybe it's because they don't have as much body hair as men do.

My husband complains every time he walks in the door, he thinks he's the only person in the country feeling the heat. We women just keep silent and put up with it.

The weather is just a venting thing. What we are really saying is "Why don't you go out and cut the grass, weed the lawn, tend the moat and see how you like it".

when women get older they get a chemical reaction called menopause that messes with body temperature. And we don't complain as much about the heat any way.

I guess because men do not usually wear open toed shoes. Generally if your feet are exposed - you will be cooler. In the office at least, most men wear covered shoes and women wear open toed shoes or flip-flops.
