That could be due to many things. You could have a urinary tract infection - do you have any pain when you pass water? You don't say how old you are - but frequent passing of water in older men can be a sign of an enlarged prostate gland (which sits around the top of the ureter - the tube you pass water through). If you are passing water a lot and really thirsty and drinking a lot there is a remote possibility that you may have developed diabetes - particularly if you are loosing weight too. Whatever if I were you I would get myself checked out by the doctor - especially if this is a new thing

It may be as simple as drink too much water or you may be dealing with a bladder infection. Either way it would be safer to talk to your doctor about it.

If it is happening more and more often than it used to, see your doctor you may be dealing with diabetes.

you could have a prostate problem....you could an infection of the bladder/kidney/UTI....you could have an STD.....you could be diabetic.....I suggest going to the doctor. They will probably do some tests to see what's going on.
