You don't say how old you are - but frequent passing of water in older men can be a sign of an enlarged prostate gland (which sits around the top of the ureter - the tube you pass water through). If you are passing water a lot and really thirsty and drinking a lot there is a remote possibility that you may have developed diabetes - particularly if you are loosing weight too. you could have a prostate problem....you could an infection of the bladder/kidney/UTI....you could have an STD.....you could be diabetic.....I suggest going to the doctor. They will probably do some tests to see what's going on.
