AHH! You don't!!! TRUST ME, from experience, that is a really really bad idea. I was a complete idiot and pierced my lip myself, and I was really lucky to come away from the whole thing with both lips. You need to get it done professionally if you want it. You simply don't have the experience, knowledge, or tools to do it properly yourself, and is it really worth the risk of getting such a bad infection that you have to go to the hospital? Answer: NO. Infections are incredibly painful, and VERY hard to avoid when self piercing. PLEASE go to someone who's studied piercing and does it for a living to insure your safety.

Even though I wouldn't suggest it, you pull your lip alittle, find the spot that you wanna pierce and drive a thin needle through it. Then get a lip stud and be sure to disinfect it constantly. But you should really go to a proffessional body piercer.

Put your mouth close enough against the edge of the kitchen counter and stretch your lower lip across the surface. Have a friend place an ice pick in the center of your outstretched lip and drop a brick on it.

Run, as fast as you can with big clown shoes on, down stairs with nails in your mouth. Should be pretty simple. What you do with your new found holes is completely up to you at that point.

You don't unless you just want to maim yourself, possible cause an infection, and have disfiguring scars on your face if you don't do it right. Go to a professional. If you can't, then maybe that's a sign that you shouldn't.

save up and go to a professional, if you're not going to a professional go buy a kit.
