.1) Your brakes squeal because, your pads are worn, or, the pads are contaminated with particles embedded in them grinding the rotors.

there are a number of reasons that this happens but most common reason is your back brakes are not working properly thus all the work is being done by the front brakes and not the rear. The squeak is probably the wear indicaters on the front pads it is supposed to do this to tell you it is time for brakes.

Another common reason is the 2 footed driver one foot on the brake and the other on the gas, even the slightest little bit of pressure on the brake pedal can make the brake pads rub against the rotor and cause premature wear.

The best solution is to have the brakes checked and repaired by a mechanic who can make sure all four brakes are doing there job correctly.

The squeak is caused by dust etc between the pads and rotor. But as for wear and assuming you don't abuse the brakes as everyone above has accused you of, "chuckufarley2 may be right. A collapsed brake hose can cause premature wear by not allowing the pressure to back off in the caliper. It acts like a one way valve/ratchet. A good mechanic could diagnose it easily by observing if the pads move back into there place or not.

The regulation is 20 lbs AND 1yr old. it is an old regulation and that's now recommended that you go away a baby contained in the RF position as a lot because the seats means, which on the sturdy ones is round 33- 35 lbs. children are most secure dealing with backwards, because their bodies are cradled by technique of the seat contained in the fashion of a crash. even notwithstanding he ought to purely be on your mom's vehicle some cases, what if it is at the same time as the smash happen. I extremely have 3 Britax Boulevards for my truck, my husbands vehicle, and my mom's vehicle. those seats were $three hundred+ each and each and every and that i do not care because i comprehend my baby is possibility-free. you will get sturdy, possibility-free convertible seat with round a similar weight limits for more cost-effective, it is basically the seat I chosen. My daughter will be 2 next week and continues to be dealing with backwards and likely nevertheless will be this time next year as she is totally 23 lbs. sturdy luck! EDIT** also basically fyi for the reaction above you are able to purchase FF seats that are nevertheless a 5 aspect harness and not in any respect a booster, yet staying RF is more effective constructive

There are a variety of reasons this can happen... 1 could be that you may have a caliper sticking. 2 might perhaps be due to another product such as a wheel barring. Does your car shakeat any driving speed? 3 could be the rotor is not smooth and is causing those new pads to wear abnormally... I would check those first...

i would get the lines and rotors checked by a mechanic you trust, but i know in the late 90 i had a brand new car that ate thru front brakes, but never touched the rears, the problem was that the person driving never reversed, some brakes only equalize pressure in the cylinders in reverse, so try that one day.

hope i was of some help

The squeeking could be just brake dust...or metal on metal. I have a 2000 dodge Ram that eats the front brakes like candy. I have never had to change the rears
If its a heavy vehicle, and u drive it hard...hard braking etc...this will wear them out fast too. Dont take a chance on the squeeking...get em checked. good luck

It can also mean you are not using the right kind of brake pad (e.g., too small), and/or that the discs need to be resurfaced.

you need to have your rotors ground down - or new rotors - bad rotors make the brake pads wear out faster -
