The highest virtue is to become Neutral Spiriutal energy, or [NSgy]. The reason is that all virtues are contained in [NSgy] because this is the only energy that will sustain an absolute, and the highest virtue would have to be an absolute. [NSgy] is also the energy of God, and the Soul.

Rectitude - it means the inclination to do what is right. This is a required virtue in any conceivable moral system, so it must also be the highest virtue.

Being honest with yourself.

In this way one can make internal peace ,accept the faults of yourself ,and then of others ,without encouraging them ,and scare off people who look in your eyes ,but can't face the truth they see there

But the most important aspect is being able to cast aside delusions ,gradually or suddenly , and going beyond petty concerns ,hope to find out what all this is .
The nearer to this we get ,the more we are an example for others ,of what is possible.

..Thanks for the question...

If you can do something for the better for yourself or others then the highest virtue is to do it.

I would say truth as well. But I don't mean TELLING the truth, which is still important. I mean fighting the desire to accept things without knowing them. Ignorance is bliss, truth is a virtue.

I would have said self-respect but I have tried that and it doesn't work.....the people You knock about with will get you p*ssed etc and all self respect goes out the window.
So the highest virtue would have to be 'BEING PREPARED'[for whatever life throws at You!].

Love. If you truly love, you will be patient, honest, kind, generous, accepting, and in all other ways virtuous to those you love. Without true love, any of the other virtues can be twisted to become harmful. Defiance without focus is chaos; Justice without sensitivity is rigid; Obedience without caution is ignorance...

Generosity. Being willing to give your time and effort, with no expectation of reward.

Does it need any explanation? Surely it's the highest good.
