no, how do i put a FILE IN THE FOLDER THAT IS THERE?

As told, make folder on desktop (right-click > New > Folder) then press Windows key + E (or right click My Computer and select Explore) to go to Windows Explorer. Then go to the folder where is desired file. After that, change window size so you can see that folder on desktop and then just drag and drop your file.

Just drag that file to the folder.. you can do that by pressing left click continuously and let go the file on the folder^_^

right click on your desktop, create a folder. then save or move whatever you want to there.
