i am also 18 and 2 weeks went by and i didnt want anything to do with sex until 2 days ago i just had an urge to go at it with my fiance, of course he didnt mind. but i just found out today that I'm 6 weeks pregnant. i dunno if it was bc of the pregnancy or not? take a test if you feel like you could be. i had to take 3 test after my missed period and 9 days later when i got a positive read and i went to see a dr.

I had the same thing happen ( i am also 18 ). However, period came along. Nothing was out of the ordinary (besides not wanting to have sex as much). I suggest not jumping the gun... decrease in sexual desire happens all the time in women, its like a roller coaster. "worrying is like a rocking chair...gives you something to do but doesn't get you any where" :) hope it all works out okay!

Wait till you miss your period to worry about it. If your period is a week late then buy a HPT. If it says negative then don't worry about it. If you skip another period then go to the doctor.

lack of sexual desire is not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. In fact usually there are other more potent signs that come first, and for a good # of women sexual desire INCREASES with pregnancy.
