Note that they will never ground me, so don't tell me that if i don't show it soon, they will ground me.

Grow up and take responsibility for yourself and your grades.

I think it is time to own up to your poor performance if that is why you are avoiding showing them your report card. Parents have been there and know there are report cards they had that weren't exactly perfect (i.e., we all make mistakes). If telling them that the school was going to be sending the report cards directly to your house and that wasn't true- any other lie you might tell to cover things up is going to dig you even deeper if it isn't true.. If you are telling the truth - you should ask your parents to contact the school administration directly - as there is usually someone working at the school over the summer months.

Ok, you need to check the mail like everyday. If you have bad grades or something on your report card, then you need to change them. If it is a standard report card, it is only a print out. So open up your notepad on your computer and start making yourself a fake report card. As for the envelope.. good luck! =]

Be honest with them and tell them that your grades sucked real bad and that you are going to have to retake the classes at your expense, or redo the grade in school to make it up. Take responsibility and make it right. You don't have to show the the card, just take responsibility to make it right. Next time when you have studied real hard, gone to class and made good grades, then you will want to show them the card.

Just take the bullet and give it to them. Tell them you wanted to see it before they did and you just got it in the mail. Do it quick, like taking off a bandaid. You'll get in more trouble for hiding it from them than you will for just being honest, giving it to them, and having bad grades. Lying ontop of bad grades? That'll get you a LOT more time locked up in your room, wishing you had just gotten it over with. Hiding things from your parents is just going to give them grounds to trust you even less when you're older.

Do you have it? I would show them your report card.

Parents will call the school or find some other way to get your grades. If you try to hide it, you are opt to get into more trouble than what you need.

Try to get another one of a friend's with good grades(I'm assuming that's why you don't want to show them) and maybe try to alter the name or fix it up on a computer with a scanner and reprint. That might work out if you have some spare time when they're not around.

They're going to see it sometime. They will probably call the school and get a new one sent. Just own up to your mistakes, you'll be in less trouble. If you're having trouble in school ask for a tutor once school starts so it won't become a problem.

okay. well, if you aren't getting the best grades in the world, and that's why you don't want your parents to see them, here is my advice (use it. you'll be doing yourself a favor). First off, I want to tell you the traditional advice which is - all they want to do is help you! I'm just telling you this b/c it's true. my BFF gets C's and D's and since she's been letting her parents see her report card, and letting them help her, she has been dramatically improving her grades. Always let your parents help you however they can. Second, if you are afraid of getting in trouble, that's okay. you'll really get in less trouble if you admit. please take my advice. I hope this helped!

Fess up! I used to do the same thing when I was in high school and got grounded 'til Christmas. Just give it to them and face the consequences. Good luck!

They will ask the school for a replacment and when they find out that you were stonewalling them, they will get even more pissed off.
