Photobucket. It's really easy to use and holds soooo many pictures. It also accepts gif, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, and swf images while many other sites only take gif and jpg (the most common image types). It also has recently added video hosting too (for videos under 3 minutes or 100MB). I wouldn't use anything else for saving pictures! I have 182 pics in mine and still have plenty of space to add more. I also love that it gives me the HTML I need for using the pictures on MySpace. So I'm just a click away from adding whatever I want to my page.

If you're not planning on using it for MySpace or anything, you can also set it up into albums and sub-albums so you can send the link to whoever you want and they can go check out your pictures. It's a great place to upload all your vacation photos or something and have them all in one place to show your friends and family. The only bad thing is you can't re-arrange their order. So you need to upload the last pictures first to have them come up in chronological order or anything. (Like if you have 10 pics, you need to upload the 10th one first, then the 9th, then the 8th, etc, in order to have them come up in their original 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc order). But once in the right order, you can view them in "Slideshow" mode so you or your viewers can flip through them without having to click "next" each time. You can also use the site to order prints or create a "FilmLoop" for your website (where your images slowly scroll across the screen so people can see them all without you having to post them all individually and have them take up a lot of space).

I have 2 photobucket accounts but you are limited to a monthly bandwidth. I've used Imageshack as well but it can be slow at times but at least there is not bandwidth limit.

I won't use any image hosting site where I don't have the ability to remove the content I have uploaded.

As far as which is best, I don't have a favorite.
