I agree, make her comfortable and let her know you care. Also, let her know these are things you want to experience with her, only her.
Beyond that, there's not much you can do. People's personality in bed (also in life) is not something you just change one day. Most women don't appreciate how sexy they are. And we definitely don't understand how easy is can be to please a man in bed. We worry too much about how we compare to your ex-girlfriend, the girls in beer commercials and that hottie we caught you checking out the other day. Sad, I know. But true.

Try being open with her. Ask her about trying new things. If she doesn't open up to you it's probably a self esteem issue or an issue about doing things that are "taboo" to her or her upbringing.
The only real way is to keep things light, with no pressure to do anything she doesn't want to do. It could be that she's satisfied to the point she's not interested in trying anything new.
Try getting her to open up about her fantasies and desires first. That'd be a good place to start.

for starters, keep the lights off and introduce some wine (depends on how old you both are). Keep complimenting her, give her some time. Before you want to try something new, talk about it with her a few time, let her get comfortable with the idea and the concept of it. Surf online, read about it together, watch some porn together, if she is shy that's ok, give her some time. Most important, compliment, compliment, compliment her.....

You should calm her down by saying how much you love her,put your arm around her while talking to her, and of course tell her how she's the most beautiful girl you ever meet in your life. That would really make her feel opend in bed and also feel her body when you 2 r alone like touching the most sexual places that turns her on at.

Get her a little buzzed. Coax her into it slowly. It'll take some time but she'll come around. I was the same way. I've been with my man for going on 2 years and I've just come around to doing "new things"

She's inexperienced. Worried she doesn't know what to do or how to do it. You can show her things and encourage that she is doing it good. Experience is really the only way for her to come out of her shell. Just let her know how into her you are and how good things feel and she will warm up.

Make sure that you reassure her that she is beautiful and sexy all of the time, not just when you want sex. Also, turn the lights down low or off all together--it seems to help.
