Does anyone know of anywhere near Durham where I can get my PS2 chipped so I can play imported games?

it's very hard to get it done now, i had a look on ebay and the only 1's i saw was fakes so be careful, the best thing u can do is ask around at the game shops by you because you might be able to order one from them and get them to put it in, saves you from risking messing with ur ps2 and have it not work any more because u broke a tiny wire.

http://modchipsource.com/products.php?cat=16 might have a chip you need. I bought a chip from them, and my Xbox can now play homebrew stuff. A chip will allow your system to neglect code signatures. If it is a game from Japan, it'll work most likely. If it's from anywhere else, you need to get a PAL TV too.
