SOUTH PARK IS SO MUCH BETTER. The writers, Trey and Matt, actually put thought into the episode. They don't just put in random retarded jokes. South Park also has messages and is one of the best shows ever ! Family Guy is pointless and gets very annoying. Especially Lois, that character isn't even funny, she just acts like a stupid whore !

I think Family Guy is funnier. Like Southpark, they make fun of all nationalities, races, and religions...but Family Guy has a lot of over-your-head jokes. If you don't know a little pop culture...you may miss something. I think this makes for a better show!

Depends on what type of comedy you like. I think they are both funny, but sometimes family guy is too random and they try too hard. SouthPark is very raunchy at times, makes fun of every one, no taboos. Both cartoons try to have some social commentary, but SouthPark is more effective in that regard. Stewie is my favorite character by far, though.

Family Guy, without a doubt. Every episode is good for at least a few chuckles and is always entertaining. A bad episode of South Park is like being stuck on an airplane next to the kid that will just not stop crying.
