I'm all in favor of writing out feelings that I don't think I express to someone, especially when that person has hurt me or we are in the midst of a fight. But two things - 1) do NOT give it to her; this should just be therapy to help express your emotions and maybe clarify your thoughts and 2) I don't know what you consider to be "nasty," but do remember that the more you say nasty things about a person, the more you start believing them. Stick with statements that focus on you, such as "when you said ### I felt like you were insulting me."
Best thing to do with that paper now is to rip it up and throw it away. Maybe if you're feeling better you can talk to your friend again about the fight.
