My concern is that it tends to take very pretty women and make them appear fat. There are very few women to whom this style is actually flattering..and they have to be almost anorexic to make it work....and as for women that are actually a little larger it looks terrible. I'm not trying to be the fashion police here...but don't these women have any idea what they look like with this outfit?

Muffin tops! LOL! Definitely a lot of women jumped on the band wagon on this one, and it wasn't very flattering for them...one needn't be THIN for it to look nice, but if your hip/belly skin is sticking out beyond your jeans, it's just not pretty....wear a long shirt or waist high jeans gals...until ya get those muffin tops and/or tummy under control (I have that issue too!)

...and look in the mirror before ya go out the door...we're supposed to be our own worst critics, but it's plain some of us aren't as critical as we should be with regard to fashion...

well, maybe looking a little on the pudgy side is not ugly, its just not thin. And maybe said women just like showing some skin, plus if it's young women, it should be allright. In your question you start with 'young girls' and end with 'women'. There's a difference. Older women, i agree, should be a bit more conservative, but in younger gals, hey, let them live.

possibly Levis or Wranglers are taking area in honest. do not hardship about "boys" verses "ladies" in such denims. they truly are uni-sex. for sure, some ladies start up beforehand than others to challenge the potential of a good pair of denims to structure to at least one's own body even as they're worn. do not enable her purchase them too tight, pretty on account that she is starting to be quickly. At 5 a million/2, she might want to be able to placed on their no-nonsense form kinds for quite a few years beforehand in good structure will change right into a situation.

I know it looks good on slim girls like me, but I prefer not to wear it, just because it's very skanky looking. They're selling longer tops now, which totally rocks... I seriously don't need to see some girl's stomach over their jeans. I'll be glad to see this fashion go bye-bye!
