I suppose it has to do with why Israel is upsetting you, but I see no real change in the overall American attitudes toward Israel. Ostensibly, you feel that what they are doing is somehow distasteful. I am not aware that their attitude in this conflict has changed. Is it that they have hit civilian targets? That's a tough call, but they have indeed tried hard to warn civilians about what is coming. You have to admit that this is considerably more than the opposition has done.
Primarily, Israel wants to be left in peace. Israel has made remarkable strides in the peaceful production of a variety of things. What have their neighboring countries done by comparison? They sell oil!! Unfortunately, instead of raising the level of the general populace, as it has in Israel, they funnel most of the money back into groups which hate Israel for merely existing!
Israelis are surrounded by people such as Hamas and Hezbollah who want to push them into the sea. Israel has not been the aggressor in any military action since 1948. If you disagree, please let us know which one that was. Kidnapping soldiers, in the present case, seems openly malicious and unnecessary to me.
The source of peace is simple: when all groups agree that Israel has the right to exist in peace, then the fighting will end. Until then, this sickening carnage will continue. Unfortunately, I think things will get worse before they become better. Let us both agree to work for peace and pray that they do not.

a lot of Americans is pissed of Israel but that doesn't mean that the us will stop support Israel and that for various of reasons some cause the think that if they stop supporting Israel this will drive a lot of Israelis to immigrate to the USA and others cause the think it' a religion obligation to support the Jewish state and of course not to forget the global Zionist movement witch include the Jewish epac lobby which have a great influence on American politician and no president can be elected without it's.

so what I'm trying to say is that for sure American are pissed from Israel especially cause they are the main reason why the world hate America but in order to change that we need a national move against It something witch i can't see happening soon

First of all contact758- who is in Tel Aviv that tells Washington what to do? The Israeli capital is Jerusalem. Check your facts.

Why is everyone pissed at Israel? What did they do to America? Israel has been America's only solid ally in that region for as long as it has existed.

Also, Israel hasn't started this war. Hizbollah did. Maybe America supports Israel because Israel is doing what America did in Afghanistan and Iraq. America was not attacked by either country. We were attacked by al-quada at the best. So why attack Afghanistan and Iraq. Because they harbored terrorists and allowed them to operate safely within their territories. The same is true for Lebanon and Hizbollah.

So don't blame Israel. Blame the people who started it.

First , what does the name Israel mean? In Hebrew it translates as , "Those who wrestle with God"

Hmmm , makes you wonder how they are Gods chosen people , Huh?

Ariel Sharon some 50 years ago , personally planted bombs in Palestinian homes ....killing 69 men , women , and children. Years later when asked how he could do such a thing replied , "I didn't think anyone was home".

From it's founding Israel has been a militaristic , violent culture.

You might want to call me anti-semitic , but you'd be wrong. Semites are indigenous people of the middle east .... arab or jew.... both.

The current population of Israel is about 10 percent semitic and are in fact largely Russian and eastern european..... they don't even belong there.

Starting? Not for me. I was pissed since the 1980's. I predicted the level they have now attained in wiping out their neighbors.

I also predicted Israel will rule/own America overtly - not like it does now.

You have to see the same strategy on domestic soil. Go, take a look at Brooklyn NY. They have done the same there, but with civility.

It's a double sided sword. On the one hand, the jewish response was overblown, on the other, the arabs won't leave the jews alone.

Ideally, we would take all the jews and settle them in North Dakota and take all the Palestinians and settle them in South Dakota.

That would solve the issue. And we have enough space. Would be cheaper in the long run, too.

Do you know that we are on the blink of WW lll. With the United States trying to police the world how can we not be. You have North Korea to worry about, the U.S. can't get involved in everything. Our military has to look out for us.
