train for a triathlon this gets biking swimming and running so that your joints aren't hurt and in swimming you improve your cardio

All i do is bike, and a lot. Ive just started to do 5 miles 5 times a day, the same routine. The trick is, when im done, i eat a little bit, and in the next hour, i bike again. Also, we have a pool, so i swim a lot too, do laps, whatever that gets my heart going.
