A pretty body would indicate that the girl is healthy, which is a plus. Healthy habits say alot about a persons lifestyle. Also I am not sure if you mean to say a fat face or a not so pretty one, I think a little chub on the face is cute.
This is just my oppinion and it is different depending on what is important to the individual guy. It also depends on the degree to which the body or face falls into the particular catagory.

fat face and a pretty body would be a lot worse than a pretty face and a fat body. long as she doesn't need 2 seats in the car i don't care that much about the body. my gf is a size 16 and has the greatest curves. gimme that over a stick figure any day.

well, if a girl has a fat body, it's almost a 90% chance that he has a fat face to go with it as well.
But if you mean either a pretty face and a ugly body or a ugly face and a pretty body, hmm..... I wouldn't take either, but if I had to.........I would take pretty face. Alot of men will also say they will take the prettier body, but it depends on how ugly the face is.

by vice versa u mean a fat face and pretty body? well i gotta with the pretty face and fat body cuz she can lose the fat on her body easier than she can fat on her face. fat on faces such as the cheecks are harder to get rid!

As a guy, I think I'd rather have a girl who is neither beautiful nor ugly, rather somewhere in between. Cute, if you will. I don't like girls who wear layers of makeup and dress in as little clothing as possible, simply because such women often seem to be after something a little more than I can give them, or they're looking for a one-night drunken stand.
A girl who is proud with what natural beauty she possesses, and not ashamed of her failings, is often someone who doesn't want sex, booze, and drugs.

Pretty face, fat body because you'll have to look into her eyes all the time if you want a good relationship with her, and fat gives you something to hug.

Only shallow guys go for a girl's body first. I'd rather have one that was intelligent, driven, uncompromising, knew what she wanted in life, has a pretty face, large breasts, loves to engage in bedtime activities, has a cool dog, and accepts me for who I am without trying to change me. And I've got all that in my redhead.

The face is important, and fat is ok if she appears healthy
and looks like could do something for you if your were in
the right mood.
