talk to someone about it. is there an adult or peer that you trust? my experiences with school counselors are no good, but since all of my friends are older than me, i can always look to them for help.

Find someone who is open minded and talk about your feelings with that person. Also, try and find something that you like to do and pour your energy into that activity to take your mind off of being depressed. If that doesn't work, then seek professional help from a counselor.

First why are you depressed...accpeting the truth about something can mak you feel better but that totally depends on what that is.
Stress is anothing thing you need to watch out for as well...try having a herbal bubble bath.......

I know how you feel I am somewhat going throught that with leaving my job I mean I like what I do but one day it came to me I need to leave my job and stay with my secong job. I was getting stressed tired depressed and not happy with my environment but I still feel a little down but I feel it might get better i have my mom and sister who are there for me.

get some help or u can talk to some body that i trust and talk to them if u don't find any body u can talk to if u would like i listen to every body b/c i am a counselor so u need to talk to some body that u trust or go to a counselor or some where u r comfortable
