Yr wife is pregnant. the doctor telling u: we have big problems with that pregnancy. u need to choose - wife or kid coz we can save just one? who u will choose?

I have to say choose the wife! You can always have more kids. And plus i would not want to leave my child with no Mother! And i be damn if years later he remarry and some other woman end up raising your child.

please think over very hard, your wife may not be able to have anymore children if something is very wrong but how could you live with choosing your wife over your child. you're sick....you can always find another wife, oh and there happens to be quite a lot of guys who choose to keep their kids and not the wife or GF

... I don't get to make that choice on my own. My wife and I are together in this, and it's HER (!) life we're talking about.
My wife and I would come to a decision together about what level of risk she was willing to take.
(I'm pretty sure she'd go for having the kid, and let the chips fall where they may.)

I think its hard enough for women to have the men help with the kids let alone him choosing to do it without her. Come on, what guy is going to choose the kid ??
