I have been told that the film is out there but i can't find any refence to it anywhere... any information would be appreciated even just a name

Not a straight up sequal, there was a followup called 'Shock Treatment'. I've included the wiki and IMDB pages for it.

Yes and it`s finally out on DVD - "Shock Treatment" it has Richard O`Brien too ,Ruby Wax is in it and the soundtrack is great

yeah, the sequel is called shock treatment, and you can buy the double pack with both movies on DVD

yup its called shock treatment, doesnt have all the same cast members and apparetnly doesnt have the 'charm' of the first one. i personally thought the first was a bit freaky, but some of the songs were...interesting.
