You erroneously presume that my hands are bound by the strictures of the "touch typing" system.

In point of fact I am a hunt-and-peck expert!

Accordingly, I am able to type any word with either hand.

I don't know, but it'd be the same answer as the longest word. You can use your left hand to type anywhere on the keyboard.
