I've tried "contact us" submitting that I didn't sign up, I'm not paying etc. hit "submit" theres option to "cancel free" I click this button, it says cancellation successful an hour or so later here they come again....how do I get rid of this mess?? It's very annoying & I'm getting very P.O.'d Thanks

download adadware and counterspy
run scans and remove adware

Run a anti spyware program. If there was any program that you downloaded to try out, go to add/remove programs in control panel and remove it. The spyware program should get you all set.

stop trying to contact them. Every time you do something through their links, you're just telling them that they have a live body on the other end. Ignore it. Scan your computer for spyware and viruses.

i have the same problem. its some type of movie thing correct? i just hit CTrl+alt+dlt and end now. i dont think there is anything we can do

go to my computer and go to add and remove progams and DELETE it!!i hope that works for ya!
