Can anyone tell me which bank has the service to convert Chinese Yuan(CNY) into USD?

Most currency exchanges (Travelex, AFEX, American Express, and airport currency exchanges) deal in CNY.

All banks can. Go into whatever bank you have an account in, or if you have no account set up, go into any bank. They will usually do bills but not coins, so those you get to keep as souvenirs!

Just about any bank should. Look for federal banks, I think they have to.
