Because the way I understand it, when Jesus returns he will kill all the evil people in the world, thus ending war!

Jesus yes he was a pacifist, That was his mission at that time. And If he is coming back he will not come to kill every body, he just will beat the Devil... He will not kill any one, that is God's work.

The Book of Revelations has little to do with the actual teachings of Jesus. I think of it as a work of propaganda that our politicians are attempting to act out in Southwest Asia.
