No, that would only give temporary relief. Depending on what you are feeling, try to fix it a practical way.

depends on what is causing your sadness. If you have just ended a long term relationship, for example, and want to feel accepted and attractive to the other sex, then yeah sex will do that. But if you are sad for other reasons, then you should be looking for someone that actually cares for and loves you. That will make you feel special. It also depends on if you are a guy or a girl, because to girls, sex with out emotion is a mostly hollow experience, while to guys its a whole lot more.

No, because unless it is with someone you are married to, then the sex is just an empty act that will leave you feeling more empty.
Physically satisfying? Yes. Emotional, phsychologically and spiritually satisfying? No.
Think about it, if someone really loved you they would not just want your body for a short time. They would want you - all of you (body mind and soul) forever.....or until death do you part.
People have sex to feel loved because they equate physical closeness with emotional closeness. But when there is no commitment, we quickly learn the emotional part was a lie.

No. Sex will only make you feel worse in the end when he's gone and you're still in the room by yourself crying and NOW you feel USED because he came and LEFT YOU BY YOURSELF
He'll just manipulate the situation to make you feel how you want to for his benefit and when its over........He's gone...........
Cheer up......you're going to get through this........whatever it is........I'm sure this isnt the first time you've been sad.......so just stay strong .......wallow a little if you have to but dont go putting yourself out there like that for 10 minutes of what FEELS like happiness but ultimately will leave you feeling worse than you were before............
