Andre the Giant. He seemed so sweet out of the ring. And the fact that I love The Princess Bride doesn't hurt.

My favorites were Hawk and Animal. Mike (Hawk) was a great guy, we used to work out together (OK partied a bit too). Animal (Joe) had bicepts as big as your head.
Nice story for you:
Back before Jesse Ventura was governor of Minnesota, Jesse told these two they would never make it into pro wrestling. Years later they saw him at a Harley Davidson event (at the Medina Ballroom). Jesse made a comment and Animal punched Jesse in the gut so hard Ventura peed himself.
Sadly two years ago Mike passed away in his sleep. His funeral was beautiful, loaded with great stories. I miss my dear friend almost everyday and pray for his bride Gail every night.
To this I say "WELL...!!!!!!." May god bless the man..bigger than life with a heart bigger than his ego.

Dusty Rhodes and of course when he fought the 4 horsemen and loved watching the road warriors they were cool
no new ones cause I quit watching it about 1990
