Well, Smoochie Must Die was about a fake Barney character.
Mrs. Doubtfire became a tv show at the end.
Hope Floats had a fake Oprah.
The Truman Show and EdTV were about reality TV, as well as the parody of Real World in Reality Bites.
(Trying to think outside the realm of real shows).
