go to run type cmd
then in command prompt
type ipconfig /release
then after that type
ipconfig /renew

You should try unpluggin your router shutting down your computer, then replugging your router after your computer turns back on. You may have to try a few times. I wouldn't do it more than 3 times. Then call your wireless privider and get tech support.

unplug the router and wait for it to start again should take like 30 seconds make sure u only pull the power cord though

you're not authenticated to use the signal. check your connection settings and see if it requires a keycode or password enable
