I'm not sure how old you are....but I had a problem with these types of bumps on my arms and legs when I was younger, and the ones on my arms eventually went away with time. I still have some on my legs and have resorted to picking at them. If I shave on a regular basis, they seem to get better but they have not completely disappeared. I always asked my mother what they could be and she told me it might be a Vitamin A deficiency. Try taking a Vitamin A supplement or eat more foods rich with it such as tomatoes.

I've noticeable instances like this WAY too any occasions earlier than in my profession within the Health Field. Itchy purple bumps are commonly one among 2 matters: Heat Rash, or Allergies. In both case, Hydrocortisone one million% creme. It's a topical steroid that forestalls infection and itching, and can aid rid you of the rash. If you think allergic reactions, Benadryl as good.

You may have a rash caused by an allergic reaction. Try changing your detergent, fabric softener, and your soaps. Also if you aren't taking an antihistamine, start taking one. Hopefully that'll help.
