I agree that the best thing you can do is to go walking. Regarding your cramps be sure you get adequate calcium (I recommend natural resources like milk or cheese) and to combat with the weakness,have a good diet and adequate rest and sleep. Goodluck!

good old fashioned sex is the best exercise, pity you didn't have an indoor pool that would make you feel lighter and more relaxed. I sympathise with you this weather is not nice to be housebound and pregnant.
