Has he been there for you? No. Is he providing for you, the unborn baby or your other child? No. Is he someone who you want to lean on in the hour of your child's birth? I say no.

I'd call him after the baby was born to let him know that you are getting a divorce and where he can send the child support checks. I would not want such a terrible person around my kids. You need to think of them and not so much of him. He's going to lead them down a dark path if you are not careful.

The decent thing for you to do....considering all your other (same question) LOSE HIM!
You dont owe him a damn thing. HE OWES YOU! File for child support for your children. If he ever works or files income tax, you may get something. Otherwise he sounds like he's full of only himself and his own concerns. You and your son deserve much better. In fact, NO FATHER is better than having him as an example for your son to immulate. You sound like you may have your $hit together. Keep it that way!
I wish the VERY BEST for you and your children!

it depends on how you would feel with him in there. He does not deserve to be thats for sure. And he is putting other things before you and his children. It hurts, i know,b ut if i was in your shoes i would call because even though he is a worthless father and husband if it wasnt for him, you would not be blessed with your amazing children and also it would be nice to smash it in his face what he will be missing out on!

if u would like him there then he can be there for u but if u don't want him there then he doesn't have to be there but i think that he should be here bu the only thing u can do is ask.

No, I wouldn't think that you should even do that. That's just my opinion though.
