how stupid is that? upn seemed like the crappiest channel...and now it's combining with the wb! and they're canceling a lot of shows the smush the channels together!
like related? is that really being canceled? i loved that show. and i thought 7th Heaven ended it's series..is it just re-runs now? i'm so confused.....-cry-

I think it's putting 2 bad channels into 1 bad channel. 7th Heaven is coming back, even after that totally corny ending where everyone is having twins.

The new broadcast network will draw on programming from both WB and UPN, and will be a joint venture between Warner Bros. and CBS (Research), with each company owning 50 percent, officials of both companies said. (The "C" stands for CBS, the "W" is for Warner.)
The CW, the new television network formed by the merger of UPN and the WB, has released its official fall schedule, reports Broadcasting & Cable. Programming will begin Sept. 20, the day the network launches, with a two-hour episode of the former UPN show, America's Top Model.
The weekend line-up will include UPN's wrestling show, Friday Night Smackdown, while other UPN programs such as Everybody Hates Chris, All of Us and Girlfriends will appear on Sunday evenings. WB shows like 7th Heaven, Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill, Smallville, and Supernatural will fill out most of the network's weeknights. UPN's popular serial drama Veronica Mars will appear in the Tuesday 9 p.m. slot.
New shows such as the drama Runaway, which follows a family of fugitives, will debut on Sept. 25 at 9 p.m., while The Game, a new comedy spin-off from Girlfriends about the lives of three women dating professional football players, will premiere Sunday Oct. 1 after Girlfriends.

7th Heaven is coming back for I think it's 13 season or something like that. And Everwood isn't returning and that was a really good show. The only positive thing is that One Tree Hill is returning but it is going to be at 8 p.m. central standard time which is also when lost is on. Thank God I have TIVO

7th Heaven did have a series finale your just watching summer reruns. Channel 13 shows will be seen on channel 5. Girlfriends, Everybody hates Chris, WWF Smackdown, etc.

they merged a while ago and i want to actually block that channel now gosh they must try to make it that bad:] and on the commercial it looks like it says the ew. hahahaha, even their icon stinks!
