When I was pregnant all the talk about crackers and ginger ale and all that other stuff did not help me. The only thing that helps is if you keep something on you stomach at all times. Because a empty stomach is what makes you sick. Eat but don't over eat always try to eat something.

When you first wake up in the morning just lie in the bed for a while and don't sit up too fast when you do get up. It may help for you to try and eat saltine crackers too. I had the same problem. I even lost ten pounds before my first Dr. visit. I lived on crackers and Sonic slushies for weeks!! Good luck! It is all worth it in the end.

Are you on prenatal vitamins? they may help. Definitely need to get to the DR. If there is any type of food that sounds appealing that you can carry around with you. Try and nibble on something bland. Saltines didn't work for me. Carrots were my thing or graham crackers. Be sure to get plenty of fluids. Water mostly. Every so often may some ginger ale.

I was told to try cola syrup (it didn't work for me but I know some friends that it did work for), ginger tea helped a bit, preggie pops work great (you can find them at the motherhood store or online). I feel for you I went through the same thing with my first (lost 27lbs in the first 5 months) and now with my second (so far I've lost 9lbs at week 12). I hope one of these will work for you.

ginger is the miracle cure was nausea. ginger snaps are in the cookie aisle, ginger ale is a soda drink or ginger root in the produce dept. the raw root is great, tastes a little bitter, just eat a small bite (raw) and in seconds the nausea disappears

There are different sorts of drugs that they can provide you with. tell your health care professional the kind he gave you isn't operating. He can provide you with some thing else to attempt. also, some thing that worked properly for a pal of mine is Vitamine B12 pills. you'll get them over-the-counter. you're taking one interior the morning and one earlier mattress. it is fairly meant to artwork. I had began it yet then my health care professional gave me some drugs for the ailment. He prescribed Metoclopramide 10mg tablets3 cases an afternoon as needed. it fairly helped me. verify and word if it fairly is an similar that your health care professional prescribed for you if no longer ask him/her about it.

well, nothing is working for me so far, but i've been told saltine crakers, and almonds (natural almonds not the ones covered with sugar). My dr told me that ginger ale actually has ginger in it and it is very helpful for some
