this is a very serious thing you cold be brought up on animal cruelty charges. the charges could be fines and up to three years incarceration. If you have a problem of the cat coming over and being a nuisance go to animal control and they will give you a trap to catch it or you can speak to your neighbors about keeping their cat indoors. I feel that admission may cause you legal problems and hate and discontent with your neighbors. But if this is investigated by animal control it may be traced back to you. Call your animal control and ask (like I have a friend and their neighbors shot this cat....)to see how aggressive they would look into this type of situation. If you were shotting at a dog it would still be illegal. The only time you are allowed by law to strike an animal is in self defense or in hunting situation whit the proper licenses and permits

Can you live with yourself if you DON'T say anything? And why are you harming animals anyway, call animal control on ANY dog issues. You shouldn't have been shooting at domestic animals. How old are you? 7?
