I have no idea personally, but people seem to think it is the Yankees, which would be not cool at all because the Rocket became who he is now while in Boston.

Five years ago, the HOF took that decision out of the players hands and decided that it is the choice of the HOF. When Clemens goes in, there isn't any doubt that he'll go in as a Yankee because that is the only team that he has World Series victories with.

It will probably be as a Yankee, although guys like him should go in without any team affiliation at all. The New York and Boston parts of his career were both significant.
