I don't know about dance classes, but vocal classes are a big plus! :)

With getting appearing classes,then seem for local theater and scholar and ind. Film auditions, their open calls a dad or mum can get you on. Their just right for experience and your resume. You ought to be in the right position to do this. The place you might be will investigate how so much possibilities can be to be had to you.. You're going to want a mum or dad to get an agent for you to get any legitimate auditions.

Do you want to be in musicals forever? Or do you want to do dramatic acting?

Musical actresses need vocal and dance lessons.
Dramatic actresses need acting lessons and coaches.

If your taking dance classes to gain more poise and better posture, yes their very helpful.

And plus, depending on how you look at it - couldn't singing and dancing be seen as playing a role as well?
