How about a hunt to meet guys... something like 'guy in a pink T-shirt' 'guy wearing college sweatshirt' 'guy with an earring' etc... just make up stuff. Each person can either have a disposable camera to take a picture with the people they find or ask for a name on a napkin or something.

go around to different bars and collect "kisses" from guys...get each guy to put lipstick on and kiss your cheek so it leaves a mark. The girl with the most kisses (smudged ones don't count) at the end of the scavenger hunt wins a prize.

an underwear trade with a dude should be on the checklist.
If you put the checklist on a tee shirt and make the bride to be wear it, people will read it and really try their hardest to help you get them all checked off no matter how ridiculous.
