I agree with the first guy. Lick it off. But slap yourself in the back of the head with a rolled up newspaper and scream "bad boy". The neighbors may pitch in and help if they think you are about to snap.

Flood it with water. Concrete, if unsealed, drains beautifully. Acrylic polymers don't do well in an unprotected, porous strata like that. Just don't rub it, let it float up.

use a mix of muriatic acid and water.after applying the mixture use a brush to scrub then rinse.be careful not to get onanything else.good luck
