It is just an accessory for the vehicle...to enhance the look of a person's vehicle. There is not real FUNCTION for the spinning hub caps.

Spinning hub caps are there so you don't notice the guy's shortness, bald head and small weenie. They are the mexican-born version of the "big truck" complex that white guys have.

I am not sure of this one , There is no point to them...but my guess would be ...To show off ..I personally think they are silly,but then I am not into that sort of thing..Maybe it is the younger generation? We had duck tails ,and the beehive! Now it is colored and spiked hair..WE wore hiphuggers , now pants are worn below their ,well you get my point... LOL !!...We had dice hanging from the mirrors,now is the spinning hubcaps?You have to have a since of humor in the day and age !! Smiles !!

broke as s people trying to look cool putting $20 spinning hub caps on their on their '89 daihatsu, thats funny even thinkin bout it, and no it doesnt look cool stick to your stock hub caps

The spinning hub cap rims are ridiculous. They are dumb looking knock offs and anyone who has them on their car is dumb. You can tell they are definitely a poser with their fakey fakey sh1t.

Ok.. i got it. If i had a crappy car (i.e. pinto) and didn't want anyone to notice me in it, i would get spinning hubcaps. because people are looking at the hubcap so hard and thinking.."I can't believe it;s a spinning HUBCAP for gods sake", that they don't notice the driver. This is why people have spinning hubcaps.!!

What is the point of those cars with the hydraulics that bounce up and down? fancier toys. Maybe we never left the crib with the little shiny gadgets that made noise and reflected light, and kept us fascinated for hours.

No, really, they are just for looks- people that need to attract attention to themselves by any means possible..
They were unique at first- so you were "special" but now it is just having more money than sense...
