Yes he does.
There was one episode that he was looking at some swaying anenome on TV and Gary came in and he switched the channel real quick.
I laughed my butt off on that one.
I had to tell my 7 year old daughter that it was just funny looking as an explanation. WHEW!

How could you connect SpongeBob with porn? It's not like a theme of the show is sex. He's supposed to be an innocent character, so I doubt he would look at porn.
