All you have to do is tell him that you are NOT interested and that if he persists in this you will call the cops.
The next thing you need to do is let your old man in on this and tell him the real deal so he does not get blind sided by this from some halfwit or that guy himself.

Stay as far away from him as possible. Tell him that you DO NOT wat to be even friends with him, you don't want to casue conflicts in your marraige and it's best if you discontinue conversing with this guy. Attraction is a BIG problem.. the best thing you can do is avoid him and tell him that you are doing so, that way he gets the message. Bad news..
