I need to know whether I use "which" or "that" in this sentence:

She has delusions ______ .....

Between...
"She has delusions that she is an oven."
or
"She has delusions, which she is an oven."
... as someone else proposed, only the first one works.
I believe the answer depends on the rest of the sentence. If you choose "which", don't forget to precede it with a comma.

You can use them interchangeably in that context. Obviously you can't always, but in this case it makes no difference.

"That" is correct. The two words are definitely not interchangeable, certainly not in this context.
