This is a serious question to address with - Please note the potable & drinking water is reducing daily- If monsoon begins in the routine time our natural wealth will remain with us for a long time.

I assume you're in India or someplace like that. It's because weather is getting messed up all over the globe. In North America it's been the hottest summer on record. I live in Phoenix, AZ and it was 118 a few days ago. That isn't so bad for here because it's hot every year but it was in the 100's even in areas that are normally cool.
Frankly, I wouldn't expect anything normal this year.
